Keski-Suomi, also Mellersta Finland or Central Finland is the water-rich province and the place from which "Pesäpallo" - a Finnish baseball game originates. The city of Jyväskylä is the largest city in the region and its administrative center. 

Keski-Suomi is a well-established center of dairy and meat production.
